Refund policy
Free trial: nothing to refund.
Monthly management: charged each month in advance. No partial refund for a month already started, unless the service did not work for most of the month and we could not fix it. Then we refund that month.
Buying the code: one payment. We refund within [7] days of handover only if the delivered code does not run as described. After that, no refund.
Cancellation policy
Cancel on your Stripe page (My plan) in a couple of clicks. It stops at the end of the month you paid for.
There is no grace period after the free month. If nobody pays by day 30, the project is switched off and stored.
After you cancel, the bot is switched off and the project stored for [storage period, Luke decides].
Privacy

What we collect: your name and email for payment (held by Stripe), the Discord or Telegram handle and server or chat IDs the bot needs to run, and basic logs.
Why: to run your bot, take payment and send trial reminders.
Who sees it: Stripe for payments and our hosting provider. We never sell it.
